Q - What does a custom order mean?
A - We do our best to bring your dream look to life. Custom means the creative process is endless, you do not have any limits. We will take the time to design, ensuring your dream look is perfect for you. You will be able to choose your fabrics, embellishments, style and more.
Q - How long does a custom look take?
A - 4 - 8 weeks
Q - What if I need my dress quicker than the 4 - 8 weeks?
A - We can definitely accommodate a faster turnaround time, especially for last minute decisions. Please email briannaheltondesign@gmail.com for further information on faster / rushed looks
Q - Do you have dresses already designed I can shop for?
A - yes, please visit the link, you will be able to shop these looks for purchase.
Q - What if I am not local to Los Angeles, how can I have an appointment with you?
A - We offer virtual appointments as well, please schedule a consultation for more information
Q - Can I return my dress if it doesn't fit or I don’t like it?
A - We will work with you to try and alter the design to best fit you. If in the end this doesn't not resolve the issue with the dress, we can issue a return within 10 business days. After ten days of receiving the item, returns will not be honored.
Q- Do I have to pay for a return?
A - If the issues were not able to be resolved, We will send a return label. If tags and / or garment is damaged, returns will not be accepted / refunded.
Q - Can I return the dress if I wore it?
A - We will not honor a return if a garment is worn / damaged / or tags were removed.
